Subject to these Terms of Use, we, mix&match GmbH, Oranienstraße 183, 10999 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter “We”) enable our customers (hereinafter also “Users” or “You”) to use our secured online platforms (hereinafter “Website(s)” or “Service”).

These terms and conditions govern the ordering and use of our services. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

Scope of services

We provide our customers with an online platform with paid video-on-demand content, in particular films, series, magazines and trailers.

You are entitled to use our platform in accordance with these Terms of Use. Availability depends on external factors and is not guaranteed.

Registration and conclusion of contract

Registration is only possible after personal registration and creation of a user account. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

Conditions of use and obligations of the customer

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Site does not prohibit sexually explicit content.

Scope of use and rights of use

The Service and Content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing outside the household is prohibited.

Prices and terms of payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected billing period. Payment methods may incur additional fees by the provider.

Right of Withdrawal

9.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

9.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

Refunds will be made using the same payment method within fourteen (14) days.

9.3 Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once performance has begun with your express consent.

Warranty and liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory law applies.

Termination

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Complaint Reporting Process

Users may report illegal or harmful content via the “Report” feature. Complaints are reviewed promptly and confidentially.

Prohibited Content Guidelines

Content violating laws, platform rules, or safety standards is prohibited and may be removed without notice.

Final provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
